Privacy Policy

Controller: Zoltán Hering (zhering.hu) — eos@zhering.hu

Data processed: files uploaded and texts entered during the trial; name, business email, company, position and company size from the lead form; for accounts, the registration data and workspace contents.

Purpose and legal basis: producing and emailing the executive brief (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); for accounts, providing the service (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).

Processors: the hosting provider (VPS), the email delivery provider, and Anthropic (Claude API) as AI processor — content is transmitted solely for the duration of the analysis; Anthropic does not train AI models on API data.

Retention — data minimisation: uploaded files and the text extracted from them are permanently deleted the moment the analysis completes — only the finished brief is kept. If an analysis fails, the file may exist for at most 30 days before automatic deletion. Trial briefs without registration are available for 30 days, then deleted; briefs of organizations with an account are kept for the lifetime of the account or until a deletion request.
